Is tortoise fishing a sport?

Here is me fishing tortoise out of a pool of water at night market in taipei.. they have little clips taped to their backs and you hook the tortoise using the clip and put it in a little bowl. When you fish 17 you win a turtle :)
the catch is that the line you are using to hook the turtles is very delicate and unwinds after 2-3 successful "catches".

The writing is on the wall is clear with mobile devices becoming mainstream business devices. In addition to the current workhorse – the PC, consumers and businesses are adopting internet connected smartphones and tablets in record numbers.
