'Cause MVPs can say it better

Here is a post from an MVP who said it well:

"We as community are growing at a very fast but controlled speed and at the same time the value addition is comming but from many limited directions.

We have time and again discussed these issues , How much is enough and what else is to be done to complete this constant cycle of MVP Nirvana every year. It is not a matter of renewal for Award but much more than that. In the near foreseeable future We can feel the opportunities and challenges knocking our door.

Being an MVP is not just seeking a title that lasts on a resume or Signature alias at the End of an Email.

We must share the responsibilities bulletin that comes along with it. Techinically all MVPs are proficient in providing the feedback and helping the community online and offline with techinical question.

But we need more participation at the root level. Keeping the community inspired and involving more people in this spectrum is the need of hour.I hope and expect much more will follow on this from my senior MVP and MVP Lead"

In my continuing discussion with Community Stars across the country, I had a discussion today with Sadashiv. Though he works out of chennai and was here for a short trip, he found time today to discuss the opportunities for Community Star program to improve on. Making Vista Search your PST Files

Vista can index a lot of files and for some reason it doesn’t index the MS Outlook files.. maybe it is as Outlook is already doing the same.. in case you still want to search PST from Vista Search here is what you can do: Go to the Control Panel Choose "Indexing Options" Click on the "Advanced" button Click on the "File Types" tab Check the checkbox next to "PST" to include it in the search Select the bullet next to the option "Index Properties and File Contents" Click OK and OK again on the message that appears.
